Welcome to the Redeemed Mind website. I am David W. Jones, Professor of Christian Ethics at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Judson College (Wake Forest, North Carolina).

On this website I’m interpreting the Bible, providing chapter-by-chapter commentary, in order to help Christians better understand the Scriptures, live the Christian life, and, ultimately, to bring glory to God.

New posts will appear every Friday morning around 10 AM EST. In order to get the most out of each posting, I’d suggest reading the specified Scripture passage in advance of each post, and then read the weekly post with an open Bible.

Over the past 35 years years I’ve done a lot of teaching, writing, and publishing about the Bible, Christian ethics, and other related topics.
